Have you ever spent 4 months designing an event for 600 people—OUTSIDE—and then the day before the event the skies open up with torrential rains and all of a sudden you are given a casino lobby and 24 hours to "make it work"?!
Starting with customized keychains that gained them access to the gifting suite, all the way through to the on-site chain-stitch embroidery activation; we created a one-of-a-kind experiential gifting suite at the company's NSM that turned out to be perfect for both outdoor and indoor situations! By being strategic with our furniture and decor rentals (that served both the gifting suite and the evening gala,) we were able to allocate a larger budget towards the actual gifts and experiences, rather than spending excessively on rentals and incurring multiple delivery fees.
